Conception

Conception, also known as start-up, applies to all of the potential services that assist a company in the early stages of business development.  MCM Value Management’s services for this stage include accounting services, tax advisory, legal services, financial modeling business plan development, initial capital raising, identifying and building strategic partnerships, and providing the necessary human capital, such as an outsourced CFO. MCM Value Management will work with management to determine which services and what level of the service are appropriate to address each individual situation.  All of these basic core services mentioned in this section will also be applicable to the later business development stages.
