Value Post Deals

At MCM Value Management, we understand that real value is created over the long term and that the closing of a deal represents the beginning stage of value creation.  We understand that any transaction, whether it is an IPO or a merger, represents significant change to an organization, and this change must be actively managed and continuously reviewed to ensure that the anticipated benefits are being realized.   At MCM Value Management, we work with closely with management to perform 6 and 12 month post-deal reviews to compare actual results with the anticipated performance articulated in our internal pro forma earnings models and other deal related documents.  If performance is deemed to be below our collective expectations, we identify the problem(s) and build a solution using our comprehensive set of professional services (see strategic consulting) to get the post-deal performance back on track.
