Under the M&A advisory services umbrella, MCM Value Management provides valuation consulting for its client companies.  Strategic planning in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, or an exit from a business calls for an assessment of value.  Achieving a reliable valuation of a business or asset is the critical driver of a successful transaction.  Valuing all or part of a business requires understanding and analysis of a variety of complex factors.
